Wednesday Workout

Recently I have been getting up at 6AM to workout Monday thru Friday. This is my new routine:

  • 5-10 Minute Run/Jog/Walk. Just get your heart rate up!
  • 100 Jumping Jacks
  • 25 Squats
  • 100 Crunches
  • 25 Squats
  • 25 Push-ups
  • 25 Squats
  • 50 Russian Twists – try it using 10lb weights or kettle-bell or your baby
  • 25 Squats

Repeat if you are up for it!!!

I like to cool down with some yoga stretches or by going on a walk
