Eden Rose- Amazing Lashes???

Hello friends! How is your may going? I personally can’t complain, May has be great so far and I know will only get better. Recently I was reached out to by shopedenrose, com to select lashes for free, just pay shipping. This is not a promotion or special for me! Head over there and get your own lashes too!

There are tons of styles of 3D faux mink lashes. I picked out 4 styles, they have since added a lot more! They would normally be 20$ a pair but right now they are 0$!!! shop here. I am not getting paid to say anything, I was actually just blown away with how much I loved the lashes! They are super light weight and fluffy.

IMG_5417Screen Shot 2018-05-10 at 5.34.10 AMScreen Shot 2018-05-10 at 5.34.28 AM Here are the four styles I chose and I am beyond obsessed. I already packed a couple in my makeup bag for my honeymoon. I don’t like when lashes have too thick of a band or feel too heavy. These are seriously close to perfection. They have a thin band and are so wispy and feel natural.

I think I may have to get my hands on the last few styles that I didn’t order! Definitely check them out friends!!!!!

Boxy Charm Birthday Bash!

It’s boxycharm’s birthday and they are having a BoxyBash this month! I thought there would be some different items in the box this month but it is still exciting! So let’s dive into this box. IMG_5479

First up we received the CoverFX blurring primer, retailing 38$. This primer blurs the appearance of pores, fine lines, and other imperfections. IMG_5484

Next we have the Pretty Vulgar The Ink Gel Eyeliner, retailing 24$. I know I have done a review on this before and wasn’t that excited about it but knowing I was getting another pot of this liner I have been trying to use the liner more and figure out if there is ways I will love it. IMG_3811

Now we have a brush set from aesthetica cosmetics pro brush series retailing 45$. The trio comes with an angled eyeliner brush, a brow spoolie, and a fine tipped eyeliner brush. IMG_5481

We also got a sculptor contour/highlight palette by Pur Cosmetics, 30$. This is a four shade, sculpting palette that features two high-beam highlighters and two matte contour shades that will leave skin sculpted to perfection. These suckers are crazy pigmented so a teeny tiny bit will go a long way!! The contour shades are very dark, so that worries me a little bit. IMG_5485

P12 Face brush by Aesthetica, 27$. This synthetic fiber brush allows for maximum control. IMG_5480

Last up I received a Beauty Creations Liquid Lip Gloss, 10$. This matte liquid lip gloss is specifically formulated to provide full coverage that dries to a seamless, smooth, and matte finish. Lightweight and long wearing. I got the shade kiss me. IMG_5483

This month we received an extra product to celebrate BoxyCharm’s birthday! Always exciting and you know it’s my favorite time of the month!!

Till next month and next post!

April 2018: Hits and Misses

Can Y’all believe it’s already May!?!?! I can’t and that means in just 25 days I will be on my Honeymoon!! I seriously can not wait and I’m sure that isn’t obvious haha. I have a few posts thought up for honeymoon related things and we are hoping to come back pregnant! Then I will have tons of post ideas ready to go! Okay enough blabbing, let’s jump into what I loved this month.

HITS

  • Herbal Essences Sheer Moisture Cucumber & Green Tea Foam Conditioner. Woof what a mouth full!! Anyways I have been seriously loving this foam conditioner. I thought I would hate it, especially with my long, thick hair. It didn’t leave my hair feeling slick like a normal conditioner but I still was able to get a brush through it and my hair wasn’t ever greasy. I really loved the results and my husband loved the smell.                                                                                                        Screen Shot 2018-05-01 at 12.20.16 PM
  • Bad Habit Eyeshadow Palettes. Honestly they are all amazing. So richly pigmented and blend like a dream. And you can not beat the affordability. I would recommend these to anyone wanting amazing color payoff without a hefty price tag or if you just want a bomb palette. I can’t wait to see what else comes from this brand. Screen Shot 2018-05-01 at 12.18.43 PM
  • The Balm Mary Lou Manizer highlighter. Sometimes when you gather and collect makeup like I do you tend to forget about old favorites. I rediscovered this beauty and even put it in a pile to be packed for my honeymoon.Screen Shot 2018-05-01 at 12.17.18 PM
  • Lastly I have be Obsessed with the BH Cosmetics Festival palette. I know I’ve talked about this before but the colors and the color payoff are so amazing. Such a great palette!                                                                                                    IMG_4852

MISSES

  • Just Nutritive Self Tanner. Let me start off saying this is not a total miss. I actually love how easy this is to use and the color that develops. But because it goes on clear you can not see what areas you have missed which leaves it streaky. Also I waited hours after applying to allow dry time and after putting my watch back on even a day later, I have a white strap around my wrist from the watch.
  • Spiral Twisters.. I just don’t understand how these work for girls with straight hair. Maybe because my hair is very thick and heavy they don’t work? My best friend loves them but I find that they just stretch out and my hair slips out of the pony tail very quickly.

That’s it for today! Leave me comments about what you are loving!

Clarisonic Sonic Foundation Brush Review

Hey everyone! How is your week going? I purchased this little baby around Christmas time and finally got around to testing it out. I have to say after all the reviews I had heard, I expected to be beyond obsessed with it. And for 39$… I kinda expected it to shave weight off my cheeks as well. Screen Shot 2018-04-24 at 12.08.13 PM

Well… I was unimpressed. So underwhelmed. It does work so don’t get me wrong, it isn’t a total flop. But I definitely will choose one of my trusty foundation brushes any day of the week! I felt as though I needed to smooth out my foundation after applying it with the clarisonic because of tiny little streaks.

Overall I would suggest saving your money and getting a great foundation brush which you can easily find much cheaper than the 40$ price tag of the brush head for the clarisonic.. Oh did I not mention that if you don’t already have a clarisonic you can tag another 100$ at least on to the price tag.

Till next time loves!

April 2018 Boxycharm: Eye Candy!

It is that time of the month again… Boxycharm Unboxing day!!!! This months theme is Eye Candy and boy oh boy was this a great box! So let’s dive on in!IMG_5005

This month I got the Element Of Surprise eyeshadow palette by Colourpop retailing for 16$. The colors are so gorgeous in this palette. I love the shimmers and the bold, bright pink is the perfect pop of color that you don’t find in a ton of palettes.IMG_5010

Next I received a MAC cosmetics Liptensity Lipstick in the shade Burnt Violet- 21$. I have to say even though I really wanted this lipstick over the liquid highlighter which was another option that was sent, I don’t think it goes with the theme very well. It doesn’t look like a color for spring or look candy-ish. I still love it though!IMG_5011

Up next I received the Pores no more Vacuum Cleaner by Dr. Brandt- 47$. I love Dr. Brandt products, they always work so well and leave my skin feeling so soft and super clean!IMG_5012

Next out of the box comes The BrowGal – The Instatint: tinted eyebrow gel 22$. This particular eyebrow gel contains little hairs which not only help to tint your eyebrows but also fill them in as well.IMG_5014

Lastly I got two eyeshadow brushes by SL Miss Glam 38.50$. They are so soft and look super cute with the jewel detail. The duo comes with a blender brush and a brush perfect for packing on color. IMG_5013That’s it for this month! I already can’t wait for next months box!

XOXO Erin

Ulta Haul!!

I have been going a little crazy shopping lately.. my excuse is my birthday. That works right? Anyways if you haven’t seen my SheIn haul check it out here What I’m Packing For a Caribbean Honeymoon. I got tons of great stuff for so little money! But now it’s time to jump in to what I got at Ulta!IMG_4847

First I had to get my hands on the BH Weekend Festival Palette ( 18$ ). It has 20 vibrant and insanely pigment rich colors. I do wish it had one matte light pale color to use as a base but other than that there are so many looks to be made!! I can’t wait to dive in to it! IMG_4852Next up I got a kit from Lorac called the Sun Kissed Glow Collection ( 34$ ). It includes a bronzer, blush, and highlighter. I thought this was an amazing deal. I really love Lorac’s products. I feel like they don’t get enough recognition but I own practically the whole collection.. Just so good!!! IMG_4850IMG_4851

I picked up some Ardell Items because they were on sale and I can always use spare lashes and glue. So I got a duo pack of wispies and the Duo brush-on dark adhesive ( both were 3.59$ ). They always look good, stay all day, and don’t look too crazy.

I lastly picked up two items based on Youtuber recommendations. I got the essence Brighten Up! Banana Powder ( 4.99$ ) and the NYX Pigment Primer ( 6.49$ ). I will let you know what I think. So far I have tried the brighten powder and I do enjoy it.

So I did get a free gift with spending so much which was awesome. It was a makeup bag filled with lipsticks! I got to choose from nudes or bright colors and of course I chose bright! IMG_4849From left to right I have a lipstick queen, nyx velvet matte, e.l.f., maybelline superstay matte, makeup revolution, and models own. And below are swatches in the same order from the bottom.IMG_4848

That is it for this haul friends! As always leave me what you are loving in the comments so I can check it out!

What I’m Packing For a Caribbean Honeymoon

Hello Friends, (It’s my birthday)!!!!!! As my honeymoon gets closer and closer I have been focused on my fitness and getting in better shape and of course what I will be packing. I have been in a bit of rut where I literally only where yoga pants and loose fit tee shirts. I’m not 100% confident in this post baby body but I am working on it and making progress.

Anywho, I have stumbled upon a website called SheIn.com. I found them on pinterest. They have tons and tons of clothes, shoes, and accessories all for incredible prices! I have been waiting for my first order to come in before I wrote anything first because I wanted to check the quality. I have shopped from discount sites before and returned everything because of the terrible quality. So far I have been so happy and even placed another order. I wanted to share what I go with you and What I’ll be packing for my trip to Punta Cana.

Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.12.02 PM6$ I’m your typical girl who sleeps in giant comfy shirts so I felt like treating myself and husband to some cute satin pj’s. Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.13.21 PM12$ I love how easy this little dress is and so flowy. I’ll easily be able to wear it again and again and even when I’m pregnant!Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.14.11 PM9$ I had to get atleast one swim suit and I love the pattern on this one so much. I wanted something white but not solid. Perfect! Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.15.21 PM10$ I got this body suit to go specifically with a pair of satin shorts I have. Tho I didn’t realize it doesn’t have the snaps in the bottom.. ha! Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.17.04 PM19$ I love how perfect this dress is for a night out. The slit and low cut gives a bit of edge while still being girly and soft. Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.18.38 PM8$  At only 8 dollars I just really couldn’t pass this little dress up. Perfect for day trips and lunches!Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.19.26 PM17$ I am all about 60’s/70’s style clothes and this dress just spoke to me. It was a must. So light and airy.  Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.20.47 PM7$ I mean how sexy is this tank top?? I love that lace cutout showing just a touch of skin without being too scandalous.Screen Shot 2018-04-08 at 1.21.15 PM14$ I thought this kimono would be a perfect beach coverup or worn over shorts like the model is doing. So cute, I love the oversized print.

I apologize for using the site’s photos, I know some people hate that. I don’t have all the pieces in yet and wanted things to look uniform. But what do you think? I am so excited about expanding my wardrobe!! I also picked up some bras but thought that was a little boring to share. Just a friendly reminder to always check size charts and I like to take notice if the fabrics have stretch as well.

till next time!

xoxo Erin
